1.  Do you take last minute bookings?

Yes!  Please contact me to ensure we have space.  We are available most weekends and holidays.  

2. Do you book outside of Edmonton?

Occasionally.  Please contact Elizabeth to discuss.  

3. What are your payment types?

We accept credit card through PayPal by booking through the site.  

Interact e-transfers.  Contact Elizabeth for details.

Cash payable upon the first visit.

4.  Do you board pets?  

Generally no, but Elizabeth will consider small dogs that she is well acquainted with and who will get along with her cat.  We want your pet to be as happy as possible while you are away and sometimes they are happiest at home.


5.  Do you stay with my pet in my home?

We do have associates that will do sleep-overs (staying with your pet in your home), please contact Elizabeth for more information.  Sleep overs are $70/night.

6.  How do I book multiple days on line?

I have tried to set up many of the common requests but if you need a length of time other than 1, 2, 5, or 7 days. You may need to book in combination.  For example 3 days would be 1 day + two days.



1.  Cancellation policy.  

Plans change and things come up; that is just the way life goes.  If you need to cancel a pre-paid booking, I will credit you the full amount for another booking.  

However, if 24 hours notice is not given you will be charged the first visit as it does not provide the opportunity to book other clients.  The remainder will be credited towards future visits.

2.  Payment policy.  

Payment arrangement must be made prior to services taking place.  

3.  Keys and security.  

Keys and security codes will be kept confidential. Your family's security is very important.  We will make arrangements to return keys as soon as possible upon your return.  No one except your pet's caregiver will be in your home while you are away.
